CAST UPDATE AND NEEDS

Hey friends,

Here is some important information for this week.

Tuesday – 6pm Dress Rehearsal

Wednesday – 6pm Dress Rehearsal

Thursday – 7pm Show – 6pm cast, 5pm primary, 4pm supernaturals

Friday- 7pm Show – 6pm cast, 5pm primary, 4pm supernaturals

Saturday – 3pm, 7pm Show – 2pm cast, 1pm primary, noon supernaturals

Sunday – 3pm Show – 2pm cast, 1pm primary, noon supernaturals

IMPORTANT: We must have your costume back as soon as the last show is over to load them for Denver. AND we are asking everyone to please stay and help load the truck. If everyone helps we should be finished by 10pm.

AND…..we desperately need help unloading the truck from Nashville into the Thorn Warehouse on Wednesday, APRIL 3rd. Most of the staff will be in Seattle and we really need help that day. Please email Denise at denise@thethorn.net if you are able to help.

Hey gang,
Thank you all so much for coming down on Saturday. It was a really fun and productive rehearsal and we appreciate it.

Here is the schedule and some needs for Denver.

Tuesday- 26th – 9am-9pm - We need help with unloading the trucks, setting up merch, stuffing programs, etc. You can come all day or just for a few hours. Anything helps

Wednesday- 27th - 9am-6pm - Set up merch, stuff programs, etc. You can come all day or just for a few hours. Anything helps

Wednesday- 27th – 6pm - REHEARSAL

Thursday-28th – 9am-6pm - Set up merch, stuff programs, etc. You can come all day or just for a few hours. Anything helps

Thursday – 28th – 6pm - REHEARSAL

Friday – 29th – SHOW 7pm (Cast time 6pm unless you are primary 5pm or supernaturals 4pm)

Saturday – 30th – SHOW 3pm and 7pm (Cast time 2pm unless primary 1pm or supernaturals noon)

Saturday – 30th – 9pm SET BREAK DOWN. Please stay after and help break the set down and load onto trucks. We will have 3 hours to load everything on trucks to head to Seattle.

COSTUMES: We are handing out costumes on Wednesday at rehearsal and then ALL costumes much be turned in at the end of the show on Saturday night.

DENVER Cast/Crew Kick off – Feb 17th 1pm

Denver Kick-off is set for Feb 17th at 1pm at Victory Christian Church.

We are excited to announce that Thorn Denver will return to the Magness Arena at DU and our kick off / auditions will be held at Victory Christian Church in Westminster.

We will have a short general meeting and then split up into auditions. We have roles for everyone of all ages. Just come and have fun.

Thorn is coming to SEATTLE

We are excited to announce that The Thorn is coming to Christian Faith Center April 4-6!

Tickets will be on sale soon.

The all Cast/Crew Kick Off is Feb 10 at 1:30pm in the sanctuary at CFC. This is an informational meeting on how you can be a part of telling The Greatest Story Ever told! This is a great opportunity to have fun as a family and get more connected with your church. There is no experience necessary and there is a place for everyone: prayer team, make-up, set and stage, costumes, ticketing, general cast galore and more. We especially need men for Disciples, Centurions, and Pharisees.

Hey Charleston! The Thorn is coming back to Seacoast Church and we are so excited to announce that our all Cast/Crew kick-off is January 27th at 2pm at the Long Point Campus. We need dancers, martial artists, make-up, costumes, builders, actors, and so much more. There is a place for everyone!

Nashville All Cast/Crew Kick off Jan 27th!

Hey Nashville! The Thorn is coming to your city and we need you! Do you like to act? sew? build? paint? There is something for everyone of all ages. And men, we need you too. We have a ton of men’s roles to fill. Centurions, Disciples, Pharisees, Temple Guards…the list goes on. No experience necessary. Join the team and have a blast!

All Cast/Crew Kick is January 27th at 2pm
